This agreement governs the relationship between Bhuraro.com and its hospital/clinic partners.
This agreement is between Bhuraro.com ("the Platform"), operated by Bhuraro, and the registered hospital or clinic ("the Partner"), identified by their unique Partnership ID (format: BHU-HOSP-XXXXX or BHU-CLIN-XXXXX).
The hospital agrees to pay a fee per qualified patient lead delivered. A lead is qualified when a patient has submitted a complete inquiry form. Billing is monthly — invoices are generated on the 1st of each month.
If the hospital chooses a paid plan (Premium at $49/month or Featured at $99/month), the subscription auto-renews unless cancelled 7 days before the next billing date.
Bhuraro is a marketplace only. Bhuraro is not responsible for the quality or outcome of any medical treatment. The hospital is solely responsible for patient care, medical outcomes, and compliance with all applicable medical regulations.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Bhuraro may immediately suspend a hospital found to be operating without a valid licence, making false claims, or failing to respond to patient inquiries consistently.
The hospital agrees to these terms by ticking the "I agree to Bhuraro's Partnership Terms and Conditions" checkbox during registration. No physical signature is required for the Basic (Free) plan. For Premium or Featured plans, Bhuraro may request a signed PDF via email.
